Resolved incidents stay on this page. A record with no incidents in it reads as unmonitored rather than as reliable, and an outage you find here is worth more than one you find on Reddit.
What this page does and does not cover
- It covers what Orbiq operates: the app and API, the store your ledger lives in, the import pipeline, and Orbiq's own Canada/US bank sync.
- It reports whether Orbiq can use your LunchFlow key — not whether LunchFlow itself is healthy. That is a separate company on a separate contract with you, and claiming to report their uptime would be claiming a visibility we do not have. Check their own status if a connection stalls.
- "Degraded" on import means the screenshot path is unavailable while file, PDF, CSV, XLSX and OFX import still work — not that importing is off.
- There is no subscribe button. Building a second notification system to say "the first one is down" is the wrong thing to build; when there is a real incident it is written up here and goes out on the existing newsletter.
