  1. Sign in with Google or Apple. No password, no waitlist.
  2. Bring in your transactions: a statement, a screenshot or a bank link.

  1. Start

    Sign in, look around with sample data, follow Get started, install the apps, and get around fast.

  2. Accounts and import

    Add your accounts, set today's balance, and bring in statements, screenshots, bank files or your history from YNAB and Lunch Money.

  3. Bank sync

    Link a Canadian or US bank read-only with Orbiq Connect, use your own LunchFlow account elsewhere, and check Orbiq against your bank.

  4. Categorize and organize

    Clear the Review page, let rules do the filing, search by amount, and organise with tags, Books, splits, refunds and receipts.

  5. Cross-border and currencies

    How Orbiq spots money moving between countries, pairs transfer legs, prices each remittance, and reads everything through the Currency Lens.

  6. Budgets and goals

    Budgets that say what's left, yearly envelopes, tag and merchant budgets, the 12-month grid, and goals that tell you if your pace gets you there.

  7. Bills, forecast and cards

    Find your recurring bills, see the next 30 to 90 days as a calendar, keep card utilization in your target band, and track a mortgage from today's balance.

  8. Ask Orbiq and Siri

    Ask questions about your money in plain words, get cross-border tax summaries, and use Siri, Shortcuts and the Action button on iPhone.

  9. Investments

    Track the capital you move into investments, what came back, and what exchange rates did to the money abroad. No guessed portfolio values.

  10. Dashboard and charts

    Read the dashboard, arrange it your way, build your own charts in Explore, and put Orbiq on your home screen.

  11. Household and splits

    Share read-only access with your household, choose what each member sees, split shared bills and settle up.

  12. Notifications

    Bill reminders, pay-down alerts, budget results, unusual spending, stale data and the monthly report, and where each one arrives.

  13. Backup, plan and settings

    Back up and restore your data, choose a plan, find every setting, lock the phone apps, and close your account.
