Which plan do I need?
Orbiq Core (CAD $9/mo) if you bring transactions in by file or screenshot — or bank outside Canada and the US. Orbiq Connect (CAD $15/mo) if you bank in Canada or the US and want transactions to arrive on their own. Everything else is the same on both.
Is the price really in CAD?
Yes. Orbiq bills in Canadian dollars, with no quiet USD upcharge.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing bills — there is no card on file. Orbiq goes read-only until you pick a plan, and your data is kept: sign back in and it reopens where you left off. We email you well before anything is removed.
Can I move between Core and Connect?
Yes. Start on either, and move to Connect whenever you want hands-off bank sync.
Do I need LunchFlow?
Only for automatic sync with banks outside Canada and the US. LunchFlow is a separate company: you sign up there, hold the key, and they bill you directly, from USD $5/mo. You may not need it at all — file and screenshot import works with every bank, with nobody else in the loop. The setup guide →
Is there an annual plan?
When annual billing is available, the Monthly / Annual switch above the plans shows it, with the saving worked out from the two real prices.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Whatever you decide, you can download a full backup of your data first.
